Black Breath poster – PND 001

A project which marked the first official Print’s Not Dead catalog number, this was a three-color silk-screened poster for Seattle’s Black Breath, Paralyzer, Old Skin, and my band, Countdown to Armageddon.

I shot the image of Brandon [Print’s Not Dead] on the driveway of his house, and halftoned the photo and added the horns later.  This was our first attempt at the 3-color process and we learned a lot in the crafting of this poster. A hand-numbered limited edition of 47 18″ x 24″ prints were made in total and sold at the packed show at Seattle’s Crocodile venue.
