Top Ten Playlist for 2015

I can’t believe 2015 is already coming to a close! This year simultaneously feels like it flew by and lasted a decade, with relocating halfway across the world and the immense amount of traveling I’ve done recently. I’ve had quite an ever-changing soundtrack over this time, so without further ado, here’s what’s been blasting my headphones for this year, in no particular order or preference. ::

Filming Complete for Duesenjaeger Video

IMG_4490

Over the past month I began filming a music video project for my close friends in Duesenjaeger, an amazing melodic Deutschpunk band from Osnabrück, Germany. Napalm Death and Voivod for Cvlt Nation

The feature I shot on Napalm Death, Voivod, Exhumed, Iron Reagan, Black Crown Initiate, and Theories is online now at Cvlt Nation, check it out here: http://www.cvltnation.com/cvlt-nation-captures-napalm-death-part-ii/

This was really a phenomenal gig, particularly seeing Voivod again after many years (the first time was in 1999 when they toured with Neurosis). Singer Barney Greenway of Napalm Death was sporting a broken arm and managed to have more energy live than most musicians half his age.

MRR Monday Photo Blog for Una Bèstia Incontrolable

The folks at Maximumrocknroll have posted some of my photos for their Monday Photo Blog from the Una Bèstia Incontrolable show this past summer! My ears are probably still ringing; UBI was phenomenal live and this was definitely one of my favorite shows I attended in 2014. Here’s the link to the post:
