This project was for one of my favorite bands, Mischief Brew from Upper Darby, PA. Cover and back illustrations by Ryan Fortney, I added the supporting type and designed the insert. Erik from Mischief Brew + Fistolo Records wanted something “parchmenty” for the lyric insert, so I built out a custom textured paper background and incorporated some of the antiquated illustrations he had gathered for the project. Definitely a challenge fitting all the lyrics together like an old-timey puzzle.
